We follow-up with all qualified leads until they book appointments and SHOW UP. No more wasting time chasing leads. We'll handle that for you.

Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?

No, we do not require long-term contracts. We want to earn your business month after month. However, we do offer retainers if that is a better fit for your company.

What kind of results can I expect?

Results will vary based on your ad spend, offer, and market. Our goal will be setting a minimum 12-20 appointments per month for your business. With optimized targeting, this can scale up from there.

Are the leads or appointments shared?

No, they are 100% exclusive to your company.

Are there any other fees?

We charge a flat fee per booked appointment that actually shows up. There is a one-time setup fee, per platform, to build your dedicated done-for-you advertising and follow up system, which will pay for itself quickly. If you decide to advertise on both platforms, the combined setup fee is discounted.

You must also cover text/email/phone call related charges for $25, per month.

We want to be as direct with you as possible: If an extra $25 in communication fees is a deal breaker for you, we are probably not a great fit.

What does my ad budget need to be?

We recommend an ad budget of at least $100/day. The more you can budget for ads, the more appointments you will get. We require a minimum ad budget of $50/day. There are situations where we will not need to use the full daily ad budget, however we want you to be prepared.

Is my ad budget included in your fees?

No, you will be billed separately by Facebook™ and Google™.

How do I know when I have an appointment?

As soon as a lead books an appointment, you will automatically be notified via text and email with their Name, Phone Number, Email, Address, and Time of the appointment. The appointments will be booked directly onto your calendar or one we create. This will set up during onboarding.

How do I communicate with my new booked appointments?

Once scheduled, all contact information for your new appointments will be texted and emailed to you automatically. The prospects will also receive reminders leading up to their scheduled appointment.

What happens if an appointment cancels or no-shows?

You will not be charged if an appointment cancels or no-shows.

When do I provide payment for booked appointments?

We bill for appointments on the 1st and the 15th of every month, after they've shown up.

Do you offer a retainer model?

We do have options available if you feel a retainer model would work better for your company.
